Continous Bioaerosol Sampler

LCA-1-300 Continuous bioaerosol sampler is the wet-cyclone technology (impact method), be used to collect bioaerosols in the air, and the sampler actively captures the bioaerosol components in the air around the equipment, which are captured in the special aerosol sampling solution under the drive of high-speed airflow for subsequent bioaerosol statistics and analysis. Automatically replenish the sample solution without the need for frequent manual replacements.

1.Continuous Operation
Designed for 24/7 operation to provide continuous monitoring of airborne bioaerosols without interruption.
- Can collect samples over long periods.

2. Real-Time Monitoring
Some models offer real-time data analysis and reporting, providing immediate insights into air quality and potential contamination risks.
Allows for quick corrective actions if the airborne contamination levels exceed acceptable thresholds.

3.High-Volume Sampling
- Capable of drawing large volumes of air through a filter or other collection medium, increasing the likelihood of capturing sufficient bioaerosols for analysis.
- Higher sampling volumes can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection.

4. Filter-Based or Impactor Sampling
Filter-based systems collect bioaerosols onto a filter material, which can then be analyzed in a laboratory.
Impactor-based systems use centrifugal force or other mechanisms to separate particles based on size, allowing for the collection of different sizes of airborne microorganisms.

5.Multiple Collection Modes
- Many samplers can operate in various modes, such as:
- Passive mode: Collects particles over a set period.
- Active mode: Collects samples as air is actively drawn into the sampler.

6. High Sensitivity and Specificity**
- Designed to detect low levels of bioaerosols, ensuring that even small concentrations of airborne microorganisms are captured.
- Some samplers are specifically designed to target certain types of microorganisms, improving specificity.

7. Automated Sampling and Data Logging
- These devices typically come with built-in data logging capabilities, which automatically store sample results, providing a comprehensive record of air quality over time.
- Some samplers integrate with cloud-based or on-site systems for easy data access and analysis.

8. Portable and Compact Design
- Bioaerosol samplers are compact and portable, making them ideal for use in different environments and easy to transport between locations.

9. User-Friendly Interface
Modern samplers often feature intuitive interfaces for setting up sampling protocols, adjusting parameters like air volume and sampling time, and retrieving data.

10. Power Supply Flexibility
Some models are designed for use with batteries, making them ideal for mobile applications or environments where a stable electrical supply is unavailable.
- Alternatively, they can be plugged into a power source for continuous operation.

11. Low Maintenance
Designed for minimal upkeep, with easy-to-clean components and long-lasting filters or collection media.

12. Compliance with Standards
Many continuous bioaerosol samplers comply with international standards for environmental monitoring, such as ISO, CE .

These features make continuous bioaerosol samplers an essential tool in maintaining air quality standards, especially in environments where contamination control is critical.
